This is an overview of the services
USEMS offers. Some of the service may need to be altered to fit
state and local protocol.
911 Advance Life
Support Service
This service is offered
to municipal or county government that have limited
infrastructure or budget. USEMS will provided a full EMS
system.
911 Enhanced Advanced Life Support
Service
This service provides
additional ambulances and trained personnel to EMS systems that need
additional units to help reduce response time or cover rural
areas.
911 Basic Life Support
Service
This service is a back up service to
an existing EMS system. USEMS Basic Life Support (BLS) will
respond with existing system Advance Life Support (ALS) units
and transport less serious patients leaving the ALS unit in service
for more serious patient.
Convalescent Transport
Service
This service is best used when
combined with a BLS system. USEMS will transport
convalescent patients to necessary doctor appointments, and return
patient to home or other health care provider. This service will
allow the base system to be available for more serious calls
for service.
Special Event
Service This service is used for large events.
USEMS will provide additional ambulances and trained personnel for
coverage during the event.
Disaster Response (Future
Program)
Once USEMS begins regional coverage
within a state, Disaster Response service will be offered
as a disaster relief system to work with states and local emergency
managers. Disaster Response Service will respond to disasters
and be equipped to provide service to communities special
needs. Areas that are prone to floods will have a regional
command that will be equipped with boats and supplies to handle that
emergency. Areas along the east coast that request USEMS service
will have trained personnel to respond to hurricanes. This
service will help keep trained emergency medical personnel in
contact with the community and emergency managers. Mission, save
