United States Emergency Medical Service, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1994 by Mr. Ronald A. Warwell.  Our vision is to provide all levels of emergency medical service customized to serve any community. In striving to meet the changing needs of rural communities we believe that by the timely application of the advances of both the art and science of medicine to the practice of emergency medical services, we can decrease suffering, improve the health of the community and save lives. USEMS is committed to leadership and excellence in emergency medical service by:

Or mission here at United States Emergency Medical Service is a to provide emergency medical care to rural areas and areas that are under served. With the implementation of a two phase operation, USEMS plans to focus on reducing response times in areas unable to support an adequate EMS system due to a limited infrastructure. This will be followed by the establishment of a national disaster response system.
